Our customers mean so much to us here at SERVPRO of Parker and Northeast Hood Counties. When we get the call and move out to a home to start work, we like to check in with the owner and make sure the communication is clear. Making sure our customer has a full understanding of our plan and point of attack is the most important part of the job. Customer satisfaction will and always has been important to us. Your safety is a huge deal to us too. We will always warn you of the safety hazards in your home once we inspect and place our tools to fix up your home. Some things we might warn you about would be for example, power cords going from the fans to the outlet in the wall, or the types of chemicals we would be using.
