Mold Growth on Walls After Storm
This Parker County house was a victim to water damage after the winter storm of 2021. Because nobody was living in the home at the time, the water damage wasn't detected until much later. The amount of time left untreated, fluctuating weather conditions, and lack of residential attentiveness caused this house to experience major mold growth. Generally, our team is able to remediate mold, but this house was too far gone. The safest game plan was to remove all of the drywall and start completely fresh. The before picture represents what a small portion of the walls looked like before our team came in. The after picture represents the amount of demolition that we had to perform in order to make this space suitable for living.
